Introduction to Art History
Art history is about understanding how humans share their ideas, experiences and beliefs. From the earliest cave paintings to famous masterpieces, art has always been a way to communicate what is important.
It helps us see who we are, what we care about, and how we view the world. By learning about art history, we can find the stories artists have told and discover what inspires us. Throughout the course we will work towards mastering inspiration and art skills, so that you can tell your own story through art.
In each lesson in this course, we will study the lives of a famous artist and the times they lived in. We will learn how their surroundings and ideas shaped their art.
But we won’t just learn about them—we’ll learn from them. We will practice creating art in their styles, but not to copy them. Like the great artists, we need to explore and find our own unique style. This course will help you use their ideas as inspiration for your own creativity.

Every device you download your workshops to is different. Sometimes you will be asked to choose what folder you want to put it in. I suggest making a Createful Art folder. However, sometimes the workshops will be downloaded directly to your devices download folder. If you have clicked download and can't find it, it's in there.
