Have Questions?

Does my child need to know how to draw already? Not at all! This class is designed for kids who love to draw and want to explore their creativity. We’ll practice developing ideas, sketching characters, and bringing them to life through art. Curiosity and a willingness to try are all they need!

What if my child feels shy or nervous about drawing?

That’s completely okay! This is a space to experiment, make creative choices, and learn along the way. There’s no single “right” way to draw a character, and students will be encouraged to explore their own ideas and styles.

What happens if my child gets sick and can’t attend a class?

I understand that illnesses happen! Since this is a small, four-week series where each lesson builds on the previous one, individual make-up classes may not be available. Please reach out if your child is sick, and we can discuss the best way to handle the missed session.

Can I get a refund if we can no longer attend?

Because this is a small class with only five spots available, each registration reserves a place that could otherwise go to another student. Please contact me as soon as possible if your plans change.

Can I get a refund if we can no longer attend?

I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, please contact me by January 14, 2027, the day before the series begins, to request a refund.

Once the series begins on January 15, registrations are nonrefundable, including missed classes due to illness or scheduling conflicts. Because this is a small class with only five spots available, each registration reserves a place that could otherwise go to another student.

If your child becomes sick and misses a session, please reach out. While I can’t guarantee a make-up class, I’m happy to discuss the situation with you.

Will my child have a finished project to take home?

The goal is for each student to develop an original character and turn their ideas into a colorful illustration with a story behind it. They’ll create artwork throughout the process and work toward a finished piece they can be proud of.
