Lesson through Patreon: 

Patreon has a specific no-refund policy that is stated before checkout. The reason, is to protect creators on Patreon from customers getting access to content, downloading content, or being sent products, and then asking for a refund. Patreon is built to protect and support artists, not take advantage of them. Because of the nature of my digital goods on Patreon and instant access to lots of content, I don't offer refunds. All payments are processed through Patreon, and not by individual creators. This means I have no access to your credit card information, and I can not cancel or change your membership. Before signing up, an individual has plenty of my free lessons and tutorials to decide if they enjoy my teaching style and products. Private Lesson Guarantee:

Due to the nature of services, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges on private art lessons. If you do not change your scheduled lesson within 24 hours, you will still be charged for the lesson time slot. It is important to understand that I could have filled that time slot with another student. If after a private lesson with me you are not satisfied, please Contact Me and let me know your concerns and we will discuss a refund. This will help me make the lessons better for you and others in the future. You can always decide not to schedule another lesson.
